Each POWER strip combines 50 mg of caffeine, 30 mg of L-theanine and 1000 mcg of Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin. Caffeine supports alertness, while L-Theanine has been researched alongside caffeine for attention. Vitamin B12 supports normal energy metabolism.*

Yes. Caffeine and L-Theanine have been studied together for attention and cognitive performance. POWER also provides Vitamin B12, which supports normal energy metabolism. Visit our Studies page to explore the research on these ingredients.*

POWER is designed for adults who want to stay alert during the day and are looking for a convenient format. Whether you’re working, studying, or have a busy schedule, its caffeine-based formula fits easily into your daily routine and helps you tackle even the most demanding tasks*

Take one strip daily, preferably with a meal, and let it dissolve on your tongue. Choose the morning or an early daytime break, and avoid taking it close to bedtime because of the caffeine it contains.

Caffeine supports wakefulness, while L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea that has been studied alongside caffeine for focused attention. POWER brings them together in one simple strip. Your experience will depend on your sensitivity to caffeine.*

POWER contains 50 mg of caffeine, which is about the same as one cup of coffee, so be sure to monitor your daily caffeine intake accordingly.

As for using other dietary supplements, we strongly recommend that you carefully check the ingredients and avoid taking excessive doses of supplements containing the same ingredients (such as caffeine) to prevent unintended side effects.

POWER has a delicious Cranberry flavor. Each box contains 30 strips, providing for 30 days (~ 1 month) when used once daily.
