Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, with most U.S. customers receiving their packages within 1-5 business days. For instance, an order placed on Monday is usually delivered by Friday. During peak times, such as the holidays, slight delays may occur due to higher demand. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring your orders are sent promptly, and we appreciate your patience and understanding!

What's your refund policy ?

At RUSH, your satisfaction comes first. If your product arrives damaged, we’ll quickly send a replacement or provide a full refund. If you need to cancel a non-subscription order before it’s confirmed for shipment, you’ll receive a full refund. What is your subscription cancellation policy ?
