Fulfillment, Manufacturing and Supliful
RUSHnGO™ works with third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce, prepare and deliver certain products.
Our fulfillment infrastructure may include Brand On Demand, Inc., doing business as Supliful (“Supliful”), together with its providers, warehouses, manufacturers, carriers and logistics partners.
When a RUSHnGO™ order requires fulfillment through Supliful, we may provide Supliful with Personal Data necessary to fulfill that order.
This may include:
- customer name;
- delivery address;
- telephone number;
- email address;
- order number;
- products and quantities ordered;
- shipping method;
- other information reasonably necessary to prepare and deliver the order.
For Personal Data that Supliful processes on behalf of RUSHnGO™ for order fulfillment, RUSHnGO™ generally determines the purposes for which the customer information is processed and Supliful processes the information on our behalf as a service provider or data processor.
Supliful may work with manufacturers, warehouses, shipping carriers and other providers as necessary to manufacture, package, fulfill and deliver orders.
RUSHnGO™ remains the merchant and customer-facing brand for purchases made through rushngo.com.
Shipping Providers
Personal Data necessary to deliver your order may be provided to shipping carriers and logistics companies.
Depending on the destination and fulfillment method, these may include providers such as:
