Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue effectively.

Exchanges  
The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds  
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
